Dear Customer,

Subject: the scope of delivery and responsibility on the goods.

Please be noted that the following condition needs to be accepted for our sales contract from your end.

Horizon Blue (the seller) pays for transportation of the goods to the clearance agent in Japan or the delivery agent in Japan which is arranged by YOU (the buyer) and capable to handle the overseas shipment to YOUR (the buyer’s) country. YOU (the buyer) will pay all the other cost: such as clearing fee, tax, loading costs, marine/air freight transport, insurance, unloading, transportation from the arrival point to the final destination, and any other relevant costs if any.

The duty of Horizon Blue (the seller) will be completed at the time when the reception of the goods is confirmed by the above mentioned agent.
